Transformation is a health & fitness startup focused on helping users achieve visible results within 30 days through structured workout programs, daily activity tracking, and coach feedback.
I led the product and UX/UI redesign, working closely with the founder and development team to re-define the core user flows, onboarding experience, and progress tracking system. The redesign aimed to reduce early drop-off, clarify value in the first session, and support long-term engagement across iOS and Android.
Key improvements included restructuring onboarding, simplifying navigation, and integrating workout programs, progress tracking, and nutrition logging into a cohesive, scalable experience.
Each iteration was validated through usability testing and behavioral analysis, allowing the team to remove friction points and optimize decision paths across the app.
The redesign resulted in higher retention, improved onboarding completion, and increased weekly active users (+30%), driven by clearer progress visibility, stronger motivation loops, and a more predictable user experience.
